Our speakers were Nick Long, Director of the Paihau-Robinson Research Institute; Fraser Foote, Managing Director of the Wellington Electric Boat Building Company; and Terry Miller of EIGHT360 and NZ's Young Engineer of the Year 2019. Update on RiverLink. It's on the Way

Last month's flooding throughout the Hutt Valley is a reminder of the purpose of the massive RiverLink project. Along with providing flood protection, RiverLink will completely transform the Lower Hutt CBD as part of the largest infrastructure project the Hutt Valley has ever seen.

The final preparations have been made to submit the resource consent application to get the next stage underway. Read the latest media release from 22 July here. We'll keep you updated as this project progresses.
