New CETC Team MemberLaura Moloney joins the CETC as a Research to Practice Co-Ordinator. She brings 16 years' experience into the sector having worked in child protection in Sydney, London and Dublin in a range of different roles from social worker to team manager and from reform specialist to area manager. Laura was a reform specialist for the UK child protection practice reform which saw the interweaving of family therapy approaches and trauma-informed approaches into child protection risk assessment and intervention. The core of this reform was the belief that it is the human connection and relationship the worker has with a child and their family which will lead to change. Laura brings an enthusiasm for this practice ideology with her into the role with the CETC.
