AnnouncementsSLSA Safeguarding Feedback ForumsSLSA have engaged Morgan Lander to coordinate an audit of the SLSA Safeguarding framework, and he will be hosting a number of Safeguarding Feedback Forums for different membership groups including Presidents, Patrol Captains, Age Managers/Parents and Youth Members. The forums will be short (approx 30-40 minutes) and will include an overview of each of the Child Safeguarding resources available online and awareness building about the role each membership group play. Morgan will also be asking for feedback on what is currently working to protect kids in SLS, other Child Safeguarding strategies members have seen work well in other organisations and identifying what clubs need to better their Child Safeguarding at a local level. Please email Laura Schuetz copies of paid invoices, along with copy of proof of payment/remittance advices, and a club invoice made out to Surf Life Saving NSW for the full voucher amount.
