Thank you to everyone who has completed their ROSE e-learning – as a result we are well ahead of target. The e-learning course is designed to familiarise staff with basic navigation around the system so we keep their time at classroom training, and therefore out of services, to a minimum. We want to see 100% of staff booked to attend classroom training before it starts on Monday 27 February so please help us to reach this target. As of today (Friday 24 February), 83.9% of staff who will be using ROSE have booked on for the face-to-face sessions, while 62.7% of staff have completed their e-learning.
Can any staff who are going to be using our new ROSE electronic patient record and have yet to book a training place please do so as soon as possible by clicking this link.
You will need to complete your e-learning BEFORE your training session. Again, if you haven’t already done so, you can access your e-learning here.
Finally, you will also need to attend your classroom session. If you have not already done so, pleaseget your Smartcard by raising a service call to the Smartcard Team - you can contact them via the HIS Support Desk via http://nww.itservicedesk.northstaffs.nhs.uk/. Check you have your Smartcard PIN and that the Smartcard works and contact the Smartcard Team if you have any problems.
