ASKUS 24x7 Update

The ASKUS 24x7 service relies on librarians helping everyone they can with questions, even if those questions originate from a library that they don't work in. The service also relies on libraries answering a high amount of questions on a percentage basis, which is found by dividing the chat sessions accepted by the chat sessions requested. Our own Clarkson University had the highest percentage in the program at 420%! Excellent work!

In addition, two of our librarians stood out of the crowd with the amount of questions answered. These two librarians are Mary Cabral from Clarkson University, with 21 sessions, and Connie Holberg from Jefferson Community College with 16 sessions. Excellent work to you both!

Thank you to all of our ASKUS 24x7 participants for continuing to make this a great service!
