Update from Mt Hotham Alpine Resort Management Board | 9 April 2020 Message from Mount Hotham Alpine Resort Management Board - 9 April 2020Good afternoon, Please be advised that all tracks and trails around Mt Hotham are now closed to the public. Parks Victoria has also closed the Alpine National Park surrounding Mt Hotham. This is to actively discourage anyone from visiting the resort this Easter, which is usually a busy time at Mt Hotham. We understand people are keen to get up here and check on properties, finish off maintenance, and get some relief from the stresses of the current situation. However, we are strongly encouraging everyone to observe the current health guidelines relating to travel. There are only four reasons to leave home:
If you have urgent maintenance requirements in or around your property please contact Nick Malkin via email to see how we can assist you with completing those works on your behalf. nickmalkin@mthotham.com.au The actions we take now will have a big impact on what we can do in the future. It is difficult, we know, but staying home is an individual action we can take to support our whole community and especially the most vulnerable within it. We wish you all a happy and safe Easter and look forward to seeing you at Hotham when it is again safe to do so. Amber Gardener, CEO |
