BVHG HIV Co-infection, Immunosuppressed Patients & Transplantation 23 October

Venue: Hallam Conference Centre, London.
The last few meetings have been very successful - looking at a range of issues in viral hepatitis care, research and therapy. We continue our themes by having this meeting examining viral hepatitis in those with immunosuppression – whether iatrogenic, related to severe renal impairment, HIV or in the setting of transplantation. Clinicians with significant experience in these fields will update us on present knowledge and practice and we hope you can join us.

BASL School of Viral Hepatology 23 October

Venue: Hallam Conference Centre, London.
The inaugural School of Viral Hepatitis has been designed to give trainees in Gastroenterology and Hepatology an overview of the rapidly evolving field of Hepatitis C management along with a solid grounding in the management of Hepatitis B infection. Experts in the field will provide updates in both areas as well as providing practical advice on how to approach patients in clinic at diagnosis as well as during treatment.

BASL Annual Meeting 2016

The BASL Annual Meeting in 2016 will take place 7-9th September at Manchester Central.

The BLTG Transplant Meeting will take place the day before at the same venue, Tuesday 6th September.

The BASL Nurse Forum Annual Meeting will take place on Thursday 8th September in parallel to the main BASL programme.

National HIV Nurses Association (NHIVNA) and the British Association for the Study of the Liver Nurses Forum (BASLNF) are organising a pre-conference course for nurses at the forthcoming European HIV Hepatitis Co-infection (EHHC) Conference. European HIV Hepatitis Co-Infection (EHHC) Conference 10-11 December

Venue: QE II Centre, London
The British HIV Association (BHIVA) in collaboration with ANRS, BASL, BVHG, DAIG, GEHEP and SIMIT held the ‘Five Nations Conference on HIV and Hepatitis’ in London in December 2014. This two-day annual conference, which has now been rebranded as the ‘European HIV Hepatitis Co-infection (EHHC) Conference’, has aimed to bring together those directly involved in the care of HIV-infected patients co-infected with hepatitis as well as those who have a clinical or research interest in the epidemiology, natural history or basic science of viral hepatitis..
