Anzac Memorial Service

In commemoration of Anzac Day, the Cumberland RSL Sub-Branch and Strathfield Council will be holding a memorial service. All are welcome.

When: Sunday 22 April 2018, 10am - 11am
Where: Davey Square Memorial, located at Davey Square Reserve

Residents please note the area bounded by Rochester St (between Coventry Rd and Beresford Rd) will be closed from 9.30am until approximately 10.30am.

Homebush War Memorial

Originally located on the corner of Parramatta and Park Roads, the Homebush War Memorial was moved to Davey Square Memorial in November 1978.The memorial was built in 1921, and contains the names of residents of the Homebush area who performed active service in World War I, World War II, Korea and Vietnam.
