Development of Heat CoachesWell done to coaches Greg Carey & Chris Monin who both recently attended FFA's Advanced Coaching Courses, as FNQ Heat progress in their bid to maintain the highest qualified coaches possible. With all Heat Coaches working towards having Advanced Coaching qualifications and being mentored by our Technical Director Craig Midgley, they will be able to provide players an environment that will deliver the FFA National Curriculum and training content that all NPL clubs adhere to. Academy Games 2017Craig Midgley has already been in discussions with newly-appointed General Manager of FNQ Football, Matt Kelso, regarding the local games component of our 2017 program. Craig is feeling very positive about the future of this program, particularly with Matt expressing such a great passion for the development of players. Matt thoroughly agrees that the NPL pathways are vital for football in our region. He will be on board after the Christmas break and will work with Craig to ensure that our players are given meaningful and consistent local games. Do you follow our Facebook page?
