This is a 4 color quilt, and you will choose the fabrics you would like to use. If you have not tried machine appliqué before, there is a 3 hour class included after our April meeting to get you started. But here is the fun part - you get to decide which pets you will appliqué on your quilt top!
Idaho Prairie Star Stitch Along with Lynn
12 Saturday mornings in 2021
Join Lynn for a stitch-along of the Idaho Prairie Star quilt from Kim Diehl’s latest book, Simple Sampler. This quilt is a beautiful mix of piecing and applique and this program will break the construction of the quilt into 12 manageable steps over the course of a year. Both wool and cotton applique methods will be taught.
Beginning Quilt Making with Kim
Starting in January and in March 2021
Learn the skills needed to complete a 4 Block Sampler Quilt top, including rotary cutting and piecing techniques, piecing the blocks, adding sashing and borders, and basting your quilt in preparation for quilting. Your teacher will also demonstrate basic machine quilting techniques using a walking foot and straight or wavy lines.

Longarm Quilting Updates
We offer appointments with our terrific longarm quilting team. When you make an appointment, one of our quilting team members will dedicate that time to discuss your project with you when you bring it in.
We are currently accepting projects for January 2021 completions.
