EVOLVE Glasgow

DCD delivers EVOLVE Workshop in Glasgow

On Friday 1st May, we delivered the fourth EVOLVE Workshop for all professional dancers, this time at DCD Contributing Company Scottish Ballet's home at Tramway, Glasgow, in partnership with Scottish Ballet, Dance House Glasgow and The Work Room as part of Dance International Glasgow.

Thank you all so much for brilliant EVOLVE workshop. I really enjoyed my experience and even took my notes from the day to the U.S. Tour with me, as they now are my top tips for how to handle the transformation process! Thank you again for your hard work and personal approach - DCD you are one of a kind and very special organisation indeed. I feel privileged to be part of your support!

Eve Mutso, Principal dancer, Scottish Ballet

The next EVOLVE Workshop takes place at the Royal Opera House on Sunday 11th October 2015. Contact us to register your interest.

Christopher Hampson

Christopher Hampson runs the London Marathon for DCD

On Sunday 26th April, DCD Contributing Company Scottish Ballet's Artistic Director and Acting Chief Executive, Christopher Hampson, ran 26.2 miles across the capital in the 2015 Virgin Money London for Dancers' Career Development.

Thank you to all those who have so generously supported Christopher. So far Christopher has raised £5,256.20 for dancers!

I want to thank everybody that supported DCD for the London Marathon. Personally, I had an amazing day and couldn't have done it without the support of Team DCD. Knowing we've raised double our target means we can help dancers straight away.

You can still show your support by sponsoring Christopher until the end of May. Thank you!
