Ring in the Spring Festival!
The Strathfield Spring Festival is just two days away! Expect a delightful, festive day with your friends and family. Meet and greet with special guests PJ Masks and Nay Nay, treat your taste buds to some delicious food, challenge your mate to a round of Dodgem Cars, and enjoy the various cultural acts and performances including a pet show!

Hudson Park to Donate to Farmers Appeal
Hudson Park Golf Course and Driving Range will donate all proceeds on the weekend of 1-2 September to the NSW Farmers Drought Appeal. There’s still time to make an online donation or visit one of Council’s collection points!

Going Greener
3,500 trees with 1,000 shrubs will be planted at Bressington Park enhancing the natural corridor through Strathfield LGA and along the Parramatta River catchment.
Throwback Thursday
Opening of Centenary Drive, Strathfield
At the official opening of Centenary Drive in 1984, the former Mayor of Strathfield Rod Rimes was amazed by the ‘tremendous turning point in traffic control in Strathfield’. The development of Centenary Drive was part of the County of Cumberland Planning Scheme, which was set out by the need for a new road bypass.
