A: I always stay ahead by a furlong and a nose! You can add the field “% Price Change against Previous List Price” to your search. Just click on “Add/Remove Fields” in the bottom corner of your search page and move that field over to the list of currently selected fields and click “OK” Then you will see that field as part of your search, such as this: Q: Am I able to see what Open Houses my clients have saved? Q: I have a suggestion for MRED for an improvement to connectMLS, how can I send that? A: This is a cinch. In the upper right corner of connectMLS click your photo or initials. Click "Contact MRED" and you will find a suggestion box built into connectMLS under "Do you have a suggestion for, or want to report a problem with connectMLS". Here is the winning question: Q: What would be the best way for a listing broker to specify the time that a property can be shown by selling brokers and if there are any restrictions? A: If the listing broker using ShowingTime, they can indicate if the listing requires any lead time and how much. They can also restrict days or hours! Click the photo in the upper right corner of connectMLS and go down to Settings and then Configure ShowingTime. The Listing Setup button on the left is where to input any restrictions.
