Batik "Tie Dyes" by Fabriquilt have a lovely blend of colors, with texture added by scattering salt on the fabric during the dyeing process.

Spotlight on Classes

English Paper Piecing

In this class, Kim will demonstrate the traditional English Paper Piecing technique. You will also learn techniques included in "Patchwork of the Crossses" which uses elongated hexagon shapes.

You can choose any size hexagons to make in class. This is a hand piecing class.

M achine Quilting Classes with Christine

February 16

Spend the day with Christine and take both of her amazing machine quilting classes. Free Motion Quilting is 2:30 - 5:30 pm, and Quilting with a Walking Foot is 6-9 pm.

If February doesn't work for you, try her March Classes!

Classroom machines are available to use for this class!

H and Applique Preparation

Learn freezer paper and heat resistant template plastic preparation techniques for hand applique. Kim will demonstrate the Apliquick tools as well. Choose the preparation technique that appeals to you and begin your journey with hand appliqué!

Pantie Raid with us!

Simply bring in new, packaged panties, socks, bras and more for the Wake County Women's Shelter and receive a free fat quarter in return! It's truly a win-win. Pantie Raid runs through Saturday 1/23/16.

WCWS particularly needs larger sized items. While anything on their list will be gladly accepted, only new bras, socks, and panties will "earn" fat quarters.
