Since the MIG was integrated with their Adastra systems (out of hours and community) there’s been more than 700 requests for patient data each month. This represents an average monthly increase of more than 15% compared to the previous period. The MIG has been well received by those using the system and it has been endorsed by Anthony Couperthwaite, Project Lead for the South East CSU:

We’re pleased to announce that we have recently received accreditation from Servelec RiO
for their API v2 integration. This means the MIG will be able to request community, mental health, child health and adult health data from RiO organisations.
Teleologic provides hospital views
Teleologic are using our Detailed Care Record to provide three bespoke views of hospital data. This includes ‘hospital form’, ‘hospital letter’ and hospital procurement’.
Shared Record Viewer (SRV) into EMIS Web has started
This development will provide EMIS Web users with a view of Detailed Care Record
information from community care, social care and mental health systems. We will provide further information once this project has been completed.

Meet the team
We would like to introduce the following people who have recently joined the organisation.
- Graham Robertson is the new Head of Service Delivery and Matthew Walters has joined as Support Analyst.
- Matthew Robinson and Richard March have joined as Project Implementation Managers.
- Mark Allen is the new Partner Relationship Manager.
- James Hillam has joined as Business Development Executive and will provide cover for Rachel Parker who is going on maternity leave.

Sharing data to improve care (Exeter)
Wednesday 10 May 2017 (12.00-16.00) This event is being run in partnership with NEW Devon Clinical Commissioning Group. It will focus on healthcare interoperability and explain how the MIG supports data sharing across the South West.
