Study Travel Magazine reports that the annual research snapshot paper, Study Pathways of International Students in Australia, 2014-2015, confirms that a higher proportion of ELICOS students are transitioning into other sectors, with only 31 per cent studying language only, compared with 35 per cent in the previous year.
NEAS Chief Executive Mark Raven stated that "while stand-alone ELT will always have a market in Australia, value-added education services in the form of HE and VET pathways will continue to be the goal for many providers."
