11 - 17 Columbia Lane, Homebush
Council has lodged a submission objecting to the Planning Proposal for 11 - 17 Columbia Lane, Homebush. The proposal seeks an amendment to the Strathfield LEP to rezone the site from R4 High Density Residential to B4 mixed use and to increase the maximum height of the building from 32 metres to 80 metres. A public meeting will be held on the 8th February at Strathfield Library, Iron Bark Room, 65 - 67 Rochester Street Homebush at 5pm to listen to the community’s views on the proposal.
