Year 9 Parents

Your son/daughter should have already come home with DTP - MENC Vaccine consent form can you read and sign to give consent if you would like your child to receive the vaccine or not.  The form needs to be returned to school by Friday 21st February 2020.  If you have any queries please call Mrs Pancho 0208 262 2121.
