NEAS Launches Agents Information Pack

The relationship between Quality Assurance and value is used in many industries.  We are all familiar with schemes such as the Michelin Star and  ISO9000 and understand the value that these structures represent for consumers and providers alike.

To make it easier for agents and providers to articulate the "how" of Quality Assurance, NEAS has launched the Agents Guide to NEAS Quality Endorsement.  So take a look and see how NEAS Quality Assurance underpins commercial value.

A Heartwarming Story from South Australia!

As a place of great natural beauty co-existing with Australia's recent mining boom, it's no surprise that may migrants seeking a better life choose Port Lincoln as a place to settle.

AMEP Quality Assurance and Government Relations Coordinator Margaret Kinvig reported that there are some students achieving some extraordinary results.

One student in particular, Sathian was non-literate in her own language when she joined the AMEP and did not speak any English. Over the course of her 510 hours, she has achieved the Pre-Certificate in Spoken and Written English and is determined to put in the extra work at home to ensure she achieves Certificate I in Spoken and Written English before her hours are completed.

Sathian aims to continue her English studies after the AMEP and her teacher Lyn Head is confident she will achieve this due to her patience and focussed determination.
