Welcome to Safelink's June 2014 Update

Dear Colleague,

To keep you getting the best use from Safelink we wanted to update you with our new features, hints and tips and recent articles.

New Features

We are excited to announce the deployment of our new interface, a sleek and simple design to compliment Safelink’s intuitive user controls and features. Over the coming months, we will invite all our existing clients to switch to our new interface, so you can enjoy the benefits when you are ready to move.

Our new watermark feature was rolled out last month, which gives users the option of ‘rubber stamping’ documents with details of who accessed what and when. Switch this on under the ‘manage room’ menu by enabling the ‘watermarks’ app.

If you are using Safelink for transactional due diligence, you may like to use our new Q&A app.  External teams can ask questions within Safelink, and your team can respond online.  This makes questions and answers much easier to manage and we encourage you to give it a try.

Hints and Tips

  • If you use Chrome or IE10 you can drag a whole folder onto the 'drop here' box to upload your documents quickly.
  • You can make a quick overview report of who has accessed your documents by clicking the 'hot documents' button under the 'reports' menu.
