Building long-term relationships with a trusted team allows everyone to develop a shared understanding of your vision and workflow. A strong creative foundation will help any production thrive! Networking at local events or film festivals is a great starting point to meet like-minded creatives. Attend panels and mixers while you're there, listen and talk to those around you and always be open to an opportunity that comes. If you're unable to attend any events, that's okay! Nowadays social media is a great tool for finding new people and companies to connect with. There are also plenty of online platforms such as Indie Talk and Stage 32 with forums to help connect you to other filmmakers. Things to remember:
