Having graduated with a BA and Certificate in Community Engagement and Service-Learning, my passions are deeply rooted in the social sector. I am very excited to bring to life placements for CSL students that have shaped my own interests, education and career. In my free time, you can find me in local cafes around the city indulging in coffee, conversations, and creative writing projects. MorningStar Willier, Community Outreach Intern I am an Indigenous student in my third year of a Bachelor of Arts in Native Studies with a minor in Anthropology. I am the Humanities 101 intern for the year, and I also tutor Indigenous students within the Transition Year Program. I have a passion for learning about cultures as well as community building, and working with CSL as the HUM101 intern fortunately allows me to further my experience in both of these areas. I look forward to the rest of my year with HUM and the CSL team! EVALUATION As the term comes to an end, it will be time for collection of CSL evaluation data. During the weeks of November 18-29 we will be visiting classes and collecting data from students and instructors. This process is important as contributes to increased knowledge about the impacts of CSL on student learning, community partner capacity, and instructor's engagement with the pedagogy. Please contact our Evaluation Coordinator, Razak Oduro for any questions and, for instructors, to arrange for a time for him to come and administer the evaluation in your class.
