For Detached properties, select ALL statuses and enter the property address. For Attached properties, you will need to add a unit number. Click SAVE SEARCH, then complete the prospecting search form. Omitting step number 2, associating the search with a client, allows you to track when the listing cancels or expires as well. (Clients are not able to receive such notifications).
