Burnley Golf Course competition winners announced!
During May we asked golfers to share their experiences at Burnley by uploading a photo or video to social media, and we were blown away by the quality of the entries!
The winners have been drawn at random; congratulations to Paul Carson and Girl Golfer on Par who both shared fantastic photos on Instagram.
A big thank you to everyone who entered and stay tuned for more competitions coming up soon!

Better together
Are you a solo trainer or do you prefer to work out with others? Everyone has their preference but new research has shown that exercising in a group can increase the benefits of a work out.
The findings from Oxford University suggest people are more willing to push their limits when motivated by the people around them and this results in twice as much pain tolerance as people who exercise solo.
