Begin by standing on a mat with hands behind your head and elbows wide. Gently step your right leg back to kneeling then bring the left leg back. Step forward with the right then the left to standing. Sounds simple- add some dumbbells to make it harder. Do 10 on each side. To bring the intensity down, keep arms by your side or use a table to assist you during this movement. Add some squats or lunges to round out the set! Repeat 3x.
