Come and Try Open Water Swimming-Milarrochy Bay, Loch Lomond

Have you ever thought of having a go at Open Water Swimming but not been sure where to go or how to start?

At Scottish Swimming we are offering complete beginners sessions, as well as intermediate sessions for those who are not so new to the sport but would like to develop their skills. 

The event runs on Sunday 23rd August and is family friendly with a junior session for children aged between 10 -15 years of age.  The sessions are coach led and are held in a safe, supportive and fun environment.

Adult Swim Series - new date added!

Sunday 6th September is the date and Musselburgh Sports Centre is the place to be!

The swim series is for adult swimmers who would like to take part in coached sessions.  The sessions are fun and informative and there are different session types  depending on your swimming ability and level of fitness.
