COVID -19 LEVEL 3
Waikato stores are open for contactless
PICK UP & DELIVERY
7 AM WEDNESDAY 1st SEPTEMBER
Thomsons ITM adherd to Government protocols for trading under COVID-19 alert levels.
The more forward planning you do, the better we will be able to serve your building supply requirements. Where possible, get your orders in early to allow our team to pick and pack them ready for when you need them.
During Level 3 our showrooms will be closed; therefore, you will not be able to pick products from the shelves themselves. Pre-arranged orders will ensure a speedy pick-up process, meaning you get back on the job quicker. However, we understand that this is not possible in all instances, and if you require a small item, you are welcome to call in, and we will direct you to our Rapid Response Team to access the product for you.
When you place your order, we will work with you to find a suitable date and time for pick up; this will eliminate unnecessary wait times. Orders
Place your pre-order with your rep, email or call your local Waikato Store.
We will be abiding by your worksite health and safety protocols; please ensure you have these available and communicate these when placing your order. When your order is ready for delivery, a Thomsons ITM contact will call you before leaving the Thomsons ITM store to ensure the site is safe to access. Our driver will meet you on-site where we ask that both staff and customers maintain physical distancing of 2 metres.
