Annual Holiday DanceSat, Dec 7, 7:00-9:00 pm Come celebrate the season in style with friends at our annual holiday dance! Admission is $10 at the door and a non-perishable food item to donate to the Community Assistance Center. This is always a fun evening of dancing, food, drinks, and friends! Fee: $10 PLUS a canned good to donate to Community Assistance Center. Ages 18+
Atlanta Hawks GameMon, Jan 20, 12:00-6:00 pm Cheer on the Atlanta Hawks when they play against the Orlando Magic! We will take the MARTA train to the CNN Center and have lunch there before heading into the game. Suggested $12 for lunch, plus optional money for additional concessions at the game. Fee: Member $40, Community

NEW! Blonder Cares Initiative
Blonder Cares is a new community service initiative, made possible by a grant from the Greater Atlanta Jewish Abilities Alliance. Once a month, we’ll meet at the MJCCA to have lunch at A Healthy Touch Café at the MJCCA, do a volunteer project, and work out together! Register online or meet us at the cafe and bring cash.
Jewish Learning Volunteer EventWed, Dec 4
10:30 am-1:30 pmWe’ve been invited to volunteer at a Jewish Life & Learning event! We will meet at the kitchen in the Kuniansky Family Center to bake cookies and prepare snacks, then set up a serving area for their participants. After cleaning up, we’ll head to lunch at A Healthy Touch Café and work out at the fitness center. Fee: $10 (includes lunch)

(The remaining 2019 dates are: Dec 2, 9, and 16) Join us every Monday for a night of Bowling and fun at Bowlmor Lanes at 2175 Savoy Drive! We will not meet on Jewish and national holidays. Open to the community!

Through Dec 17 Participants will immerse themselves in this therapeutic program designed to increase body awareness, strength, and flexibility. We will teach calming techniques for the overburdened sensory system and how to quiet a busy head and soothe the nervous system.

ADMH Get Fit and Be Healthy Workshop SeriesDecember 2019 - May 2020 Individuals ages 18+ are invited to learn important skills about healthy living, including healthy eating, getting regular exercise, meal prep, and tracking progress.
