The City of Logan has launched a $1.5m Investment Attraction Incentives Fund to entice new business to the city.

The Investment Attraction Incentives Fund is available to businesses to attract future investments in key strategic industries, where the nature and scale of the proposed investment will stimulate significant economic and community benefits, diversity and value-add to the wider regional economy beyond the growth of the business itself.

To realise the benefits of these financial incentives, businesses looking to move or expand in the City of Logan are encouraged to contact the Logan Office of Economic Development.

Small Business Digital Grants now available

Investment opportunities in Springwood

After the great success of last year’s event, the 2018 Small Business Expo comes back to Logan on 13 July with a bigger and better format aiming for 150 trade tables and attendance of more than 800 business owners.

The Small Business Digital Grants provide up to $10,000 in matched funding to eligible businesses to enhance digital capabilities such as website optimisation, receiving online payments or creating a social media plan.

Plans have been approved for a mixed use development, envisioned to be Springwood's version of the Emporium.
