Click here Dear PSA2 supporter, Grantmakers for Education Postsecondary Access and Attainment Impact Group (PSA2) has a mission to deepen Grantmakers for Education member learning and facilitate collaboration, to inspire and take collective action at scale, and to achieve an impact that improves postsecondary access and attainment for students. Funder Networking at Conferences in 2018 We had so much fun at the PSA2 reception at the Grantmakers for Education annual conference that we have decided to make it a more regular occurrence and host informal gatherings at several conferences this year. Look for invitations for funder-only events at Achieving the Dream’s annual conference DREAM in Nashville, University Innovation Alliance Summit in Atlanta and the National College Access Network’s annual conference in Pittsburgh. Are there other conferences we should add to this list? If so, please let us know. Grantmakers for Education Annual Conference Submissions Grantmakers for Education will soon be opening its request for proposals for conference sessions.
If so, please let us know. Strong Start to Finish Learning Network Convening On March 6-7, 2018 Strong Start to Finish will host a convening for grantees, technical assistance providers, researchers, philanthropists and policymakers to deepen connections between developmental education reforms and guided pathways. Special attention will be given to implementation of the Core Principles and strategies to help low-income learners, students of color and returning adults complete college math and English courses and enter a program of study in their first academic year. If you are interested in attending the convening, please reach out to Denise Miller, senior project manager, Strong Start to Finish at dmiller@strongstart.org.
