We have been keeping even more busy than usual at SB Software of late, and that is why this regular quarterly newsletter is a little different this edition. It is more to the point.
Yes, we have still been hard at work:
- making things simply better for our clients in vending and office coffee, especially as they tackle the ever-changing demands of the pandemic
- developing and implementing ever more, ever better, new technology solutions
- improving our ways of working as a company, with special added focus on client success and account management of late.
Those things never stop. Nor should they.
And alongside, we also decided to launch a new website to better explain how much we offer through both Vendmanager and Coffeemanager - the best management systems anywhere - serving the vending and OCS sectors respectively.

COMPANY NEWS Norscott Joins Vendmanager
Everyone at SB Software is delighted to welcome on board Dave Newsham, owner at Norscott Coffee & Vending, and his whole team, as the latest to announce that they are signing up with Vendmanager. Operating out of Inverness and Aberdeen, Norscott are now our most northerly clients. And coverage nationwide underpins our structure nowadays, with our headquarters in Sheffield and additional technical management/ support operating out of Ayrshire and Hertfordshire to extend our reach. We have also grown extremely proficient with video conferencing over the last year: not to replace visits on-site, but to augment them and increase frequency/quality of client engagement. We look forward to doing our utmost to justify - and exceed - the expectations that Norscott are placing in us - thank you for joining up.

New Website - Check it Out!
It’s not that our old website was “bad". It’s just that we feel now is the time to shine a light better on what our clients have been doing in vending and office coffee, with Vendmanager and Coffeemanager - our management systems - to help them.
