Light-weight Building Systems Inc. completes the Deep Deck installation providing a transfer slab that includes drop beams with a 2 hour fire rating. The rebar and shoring installation where also provided by LBS for a completed system install. LBS also supplied and erected the required structural steel for this project.

Exterior 

The exterior of the building is starting to take shape. On this project the exterior is made up of horizontal Hardi siding, Hardi panel and vertical metal siding. All of the exterior finishes are being installed over top of an insulated rain screen furring system.
