RIP DAVID JOLLY OF ALLIED CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT

Dear Members, 

It is with regret that the NFDC must share the sad news of the passing of David Jolly, Managing Director of past ISP Members Allied Construction Equipment. 

Allied were one of only two 'associate members' of the NFDC before the creation of the Industry Service Provider (ISP) Membership, with David acting as a strong advocate for the Federation, whilst also integral to the development and production of heavy equipment which the industry were in great need of at the time. 

David Jolly attended and sponsored many past NFDC Conventions. On a personal note, I can remember one particular convention in Torquay where we took a boat trip to Totness with my two daughters, just babies at the time. A fantastic time was had by all, and it is a memory which will last. 

David was a true gentleman, who will be sadly missed.
