SANORD together with Karlstad University, Sweden, the host, welcome all the delegates to come to the SANORD Symposium 2014 at Karlstad University. SANORD theme group funding 2014
The SANORD Board makes funding available for Research theme group leaders to organize seminars, conferences and other activities directly related to their North-South multilateral cooperation and to build networks that have the potential to significantly contribute to realizing the objectives of the organization.

To prepare for the SANORD 2014 symposium in Sweden, UiB Global hosted an open seminar for researchers across disciplines to discuss future work against poverty. University of Pretoria hosts the High Level Panel of Experts on Food Security and Nutrition

Professor Cheryl de la Rey, Vice Chancellor and Principal of the University of Pretoria, hosted a function for the High Level Panel of Experts (HLPE) on Food Security and Nutrition of the Committee on World Food Security (CFS) at the University on Tuesday, 29 April. The seventeen-member panel consists of international experts appointed from as many countries to prepare papers on food security issues to advise on and guide policy decisions and programmes. > Read more

UniPID will participate in the presentation event of the Evaluation of Finland's Support to the Higher Education Institutions - North-South-South and HEI ICI programmes - on Monday, June 16, 2014, starting at 9.30 GMT, in Helsinki. The event is organized by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland.
