No Images? Click here Industry update 1 November 2019 The TSW issue where MPI was unable to view documents was resolved at around 7pm last night (Thursday 31st October). Most of the documents are now accessible by MPI, however any lodgements that were submitted during the time of the outage are still not able to be viewed. The technical teams have assessed that there is nothing they can do to fix this issue. As a way of resolving this issue - if you submitted your lodgement into TSW yesterday (Thursday 31 October) between 10:58am and 6:43pm AND you have an MPI Biosecurity or Food hold outstanding – you will need to resend your lodgement. You will need to resend the same lodgement again to us with a note ‘MPI - Resubmitting for documents to be viewable’ as the reason for change. Note: You should check that the attachments are all still attached to this subsequent submission to ensure no further delays. The urgency request process is still in place and if the original lodgement was submitted in the above timeframe – your request should include a full set of attachments.
