Hi there friend. Here is your new monthly update from the team at Frogparking. Lots of exciting things are happening, here is a quick snap shot of what's been going on.

Frogparking taking off
at Auckland Airport

“Frogparking’s guidance solution has replaced our old system, and has brought Auckland Airport’s parking facilities into the 21st century”
Martyn Brewer, Auckland Airport

Frogparking successfully completed the installation of a large deployment of wireless parking occupancy sensors across Auckland International Airport’s indoor and outdoor carparks recently. The new sensors are an extension to the guidance system installed in late 2015 and will mean that motorists can enjoy better parking availability and an easier ride to available carparks at the airport. Frogparking now services all three major international airports (Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch) in New Zealand.

Smart, small data with Frogparking

Turn your parking asset from “just a car park” to a smart, agile, small data collecting power house with Frogparking’s sensors, mobile app, and cloud-based reporting suite.

Understand your customers better, so you can target promotions and offers, set pricing based on live utilisation, and make better business decisions based on live data that is accessible, informative, and actionable.

Cleared for takeoff!

In August it was announced that we would be installing our indoor/outdoor guidance solution at Wellington Airport's $70m upgraded transport hub to be opened in November next year.

It was also announced that the airport's existing carparking would also be installed with a large deployment of new frogs to provide guidance for travellers navigating the car park. This is exciting news, and it's a partnership that we are really excited about. Check out the full coverage in the media below.

Talking business with the NZ Herald

Frogparking's Managine Director, Shareena, spoke to the NZ Herald in Auckland recently about what drives her to succeed and pushing a start-up to become a $100 million, internationally successful company, with lots of amazing customers - all inside 5 years!

New Frogpeople

Frogparking has become busier and busier over the last 6 months with lots of new customers coming on board with us. To keep up with this ever increasing demand, we've brought some new Frogpeople onboard to join our growing family. Welcome to the family Adina, Jay, Vincent, Aimee, Ming, Craig, and Christian. It's exciting to have such awesome new recruits joining the dream team.

Frogparking arrives in the deep south!

Last month we installed Frogparking's guidance system at the Leven Street carpark in Invercargill. 143 sensors and 3 gateways now keep an eye out over the carpark, helping the Invercargill City Council out with enforcement and monitor utilisation.

The Leven street carpark is also now the southern-most point in the world that Frogparking has installed our technology. It is likely to stay this way, unless we make our long discussed expansion into Antarctica to assist penguins and seals to reduce traffic congestion and with their parking guidance needs.
