Role Model of the Month This month's award goes to Katie Shalka! Katie Shalka trained at London School of Musical Theatre and prior to this attended the BRIT School for 3 years. From the age of 8 Katie appeared in West End Productions such as The Sound of Music and Joseph. Katie embodies all that Role Models is about due to her creativity, resilience and work ethic. She has an abundance of childcare experience and adores working with children. Every child she has taken care of has fallen in love with her due to her compassion and fun nature. Katie truly deserves this award and recognition due to her passion in helping children regain their confidence, develop self-love and allows children to explore their creativity.
