Stronger than Ever - for the Benefit of Clients
Whatever lies ahead - and that could include relaxing or renewing Covid restrictions multiple times (we are ready and fully prepared for both) - I know that SB Software is stronger as a company now than we have ever been before. And that’s good for the companies we serve.
Today we are even better placed to:
- welcome on board new clients, delivering returns quickly to “more than pay our keep” (and a special hello this quarter to VendEase, the “UK’s most innovative vending company” - see below)
- provide ever greater tangible benefits across our customer base (whether everyday or under duress, as at the height of the pandemic) - thank you to Chris Skipper and everyone at NVCS in Norwich for the in-depth case study in this edition
- continue to innovate and leverage technology (via software, hardware and integration): if you want to maximise returns on OCS machines or heritage can equipment, for example, you are going to love what we are now doing with “Databridge 2”.
Today we take pride in the progress to date, including:
- full coverage of the British Isles (with clients across both the UK and Eire)
- winning the Vendie this year for “Best Ancillary” (thank you to everyone in our sector who voted for us)
- ongoing success with Coffeemanager (the management system optimised for OCS - think Vendmanager, now infused with that special aroma of roasted coffee too).

COMPANY NEWS VendEase Signs with Vendmanager!
We are delighted that VendEase, headquartered in Battersea, have announced they are signing up with Vendmanager from SB Software. Welcome on board!
We will be doing everything we can to fulfil - and then exceed - their expectations. And that is no small order!

NVCS actually went live with our management system software just as the pandemic took hold. Twice during my visit they reference the parallel challenges of dealing with the fallout of Covid at the same time as introducing Vendmanager.

Both times I simply ask the speaker whether it would have been better or worse without the new system? They agree that having Vendmanager improved things. They don’t even argue the toss.
At the outset, it can feel like they “hunt in a pack”. But over the course of my visit I came to see that what they are doing is “leveraging the power of the group.” And that now they are ever more leveraging the power of data - and technology - too.

We have been awarded Best Ancillary Product/Service in our sector in the UK.

Everyone here at SB Software was delighted – and honoured – to receive one of the top prizes presented at the (online) event this year. Winners were selected by a combination of expert judges on a panel, and an open ballot amongst all in our sector.

(Nearly) New Website - Check it Out!
It’s not that our old website was “bad". It’s just that we feel now is the time to shine a light better on what our clients have been doing in vending and office coffee, with Vendmanager and Coffeemanager - our management systems - to help them.
