EMTC are very pleased to advise that all our tennis courts will now reopen from tomorrow, and doubles play is back..

Friday morning and Sunday afternoon Social will return as well, and must follow the Rules of Play V7.

Our Hours of Operation remain Monday to Sunday: 8.00am to 10.00pm

• The Clubhouse remains CLOSED.
• Toilets will be open, and regularly cleaned.
• Showers & change areas are not to be used.
• All outdoor chairs/bench seats are not to be used.
• Please play your tennis and then leave the Club - no socialising allowed within the Club grounds please.

Coaching have resumed group lessons this afternoon and Futures Tennis Academy will be in touch with their clients seperately.

As you will have heard - Competition tennis is allowed to resume in Melbourne (with restrictions).

Associations we compete in are working on a start date and fixtures etc (to be provided soon).  At this point we know the following start dates.  

WDTA SATURDAY/SUNDAY MORNING JUNIORS: Commences 14/15 November.

WDTA SATURDAY AFTERNOONSENIORS: Commences 14th  November.

BRTA SATURDAY AFTERNOON SENIORS: No information to date.

WDTA NIGHT COMP (TUESDAY ONLY): Commences 16th November (we think).

As previously advised:
Midweek Ladies will start in February 2021.
BDNTA (Blackburn) Night will start February 2021.

 

Some of you may have tried to Book a Court today and got a message "ACCESS DENIED'. 
This is because Ralph & I needed to update the Court Allocation to reflect the new roster.  To enable us to do this we must turn off member access while the updates are done.  Once the updating has finished we will re-instate access to our members. Please note -  we may have to make more changes tomorrow. We may need to turn this on and off over the next day or so, to ensure we get things correct.

You may receive a phone call from Ralph about changing your booking due to updated Court availablity. 
If we are just changing your court, and not the date/time, you will receive an email from the booking system about the change.
