Spyware: U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has bought surveillance tools from Paragon Solutions to use in drug cases. The spyware will help ICE counter encryption tools used by drug traffickers, according to a letter to lawmakers from Todd Lyons, ICE's acting director. The agency will use Paragon's tools in compliance with the U.S. Constitution and doesn't represent a security risk, Lyons said. (TechCrunch)

Telehealth provider Hims & Hers said a February cyberattack breached the personal information of customers in several states. The company sells weight-loss drugs and provides prescriptions for sexual health. The attack compromised a customer-support system, not medical records, Hims & Hers said.

Mister Guns, which operates gun stores and shooting ranges in Texas, is notifying 21,225 people that their contact information, Social Security numbers, concealed handgun licenses and other personal data was compromised in a November hack.

Residents of Texas, Maine, Massachusetts and other states are affected, according to letters to state regulators from Mister Guns.
