Entrepreneurs' Relief ChangesFollowing the introduction of new qualifying criteria for entrepreneurs' relief, HMRC has published amended provisions relating to the “personal company” tests. From 29 October 2018, to qualify as a “personal company” the following criteria must be met by the claimant:
