Naturalisation of Powells Creek

Sydney Water in conjunction with Strathfield Council has completed works of the naturalisation of Powells Creek in-between Homebush Bay Drive and Pomeroy Street. This has enhanced the aesthetics of the walkways and natural surroundings of the creek.

NAIDOC Week Art Exhibition

Join in on the NAIDOC Week celebrations and pencil in a day to view artworks by local primary school students and Gunawirra’s art program depicting the theme, “because of her, we can”.

Road Works in Greenacre

Strathfield Council has engaged contractors to carry out much needed road repairs on Wentworth Street from Norfolk Road to Bellfrog Street. The completed works will ensure the road serves the community for the next 40 years.
