A ‘must-see’ conversation starter for all parents and their teens!

Most parents worry, but few do what mother, medic and film-maker Dr Delaney Ruston did and dig deep into the science and share their findings with other parents in an incredibly thought-provoking documentary.

The result is the must see Screenagers, a film that relates her journey uncovering evidence of the effects of a technology rich diet on children’s development.

Dr Rushton also explores how to strike a balance in her own family and maintain a healthy relationship, and promotes change not just in our homes but in our schools and communities too.

The Australian Parents Council  and our state and territory affiliates would like to invite you to an exclusive #parentech screening of the movie Screenagers and to be part of a special Q+A to help build active solutions for Australian families and schools.
