Dear East Malvern TC Junior Parents and Players,

Please find attached an invitation for all EMTC junior members to apply for a team in the upcoming 2018/19 Summer Season. This year’s summer season will start on 13/14 October 2018 and conclude at the end of March 2018. While the season is still a few months away, we have to nominate our teams in early August, which is the reason for this timely email.

I would be grateful if you could complete the attached application form and return at your earliest convenience to Deb in the office or via return email. Please assist with this process by returning your application no later than Wednesday 8th August 2018.

Please note that the Sunday Summer season is the busiest for EMTC Juniors so we ask that you get your nomination in as soon as possible.  We will have to limit our number of teams to 12 on Sunday morning so it is likely latecomers will miss out.
