As we head towards Christmas we will continue to release new products and policy documents for your feedback, with the aim to improve customer experience in the land title system. This builds further on the opportunity for digital growth within our industry in response to the constraints imposed by COVID-19. Temporary arrangements for strata and community schemes which allow alternative signing options during COVID-19 restrictions have now been extended until 13 May 2021. The new release date of the second batch of residual documents is scheduled for Monday 7 December. This means an additional twenty-four documents will be available for lodgment as electronic dealings.
