Fashinza, an India-based business-to-business marketplace and global supply chain platform for fashion brands and retailers, raised $100 million in Series B equity and debt funding. Prosus Ventures and Westbridge Capital led the round, which included participation from Accel, Elevation Capital, ADQ and others.
Imply Data Inc., a Burlingame, Calif.-based analytics applications development startup, landed $100 million in Series D funding led by Thoma Bravo, giving the company a valuation of $1.1 billion. Additional new investor Omers Growth Equity also participated in the round, along with existing backers Bessemer Venture Funds, Andreessen Horowitz and Khosla Ventures.
Unit, a New York- and Tel Aviv-based banking-as-a-service platform enabling companies to embed financial services in their products, scored $100 million in Series C funding led by Insight Partners at a valuation of $1.2 billion. New investors Moving Capital and Stepstone also contributed to the round, alongside previous backers Accel, Better Tomorrow Ventures and Flourish Ventures.
Infinitum Electric, an Austin, Texas-based sustainable motor startup, snagged $80 million in Series D funding. Led by Riverstone Holdings, the investment included additional support from Alliance Resource Partners, Applied Ventures, Cottonwood Technology Fund, Chevron Technology Ventures, Aventurine Partners, Energy Innovation Capital and Ajax Strategies.
Vivun Inc., an Oakland, Calif.-based provider of buyer experience software for B2B businesses, picked up $75 million in Series C funding. Lead investor Salesforce Ventures was joined by Tiger Global Management, Menlo Ventures, Accel and Unusual Ventures in the round.
Cornami Inc., a Campbell, Calif.-based startup focused on the deployment of intelligent computing in real-time environments, closed a $68 million Series C round. SoftBank Vision Fund 2 led the investment, which saw participation from Impact Venture Capital, Octave Ventures, Applied Ventures and others.
Buildots, a Tel Aviv- and London-based artificial intelligence construction management startup, fetched $60 million in Series C financing. Viola Growth and O.G. Tech led the round, which included contributions from TLV Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Future Energy Ventures and Maor Investments. Natalie Refuah, general partner at Viola Growth, will join the company’s board.
A.Team, a members-only network of engineers, product managers, designers and marketing talent, emerged from stealth with $55 million in Series A funding co-led by Tiger Global Management, Insight Partners and Spruce Capital Partners.
Instabug Inc., a San Francisco-based mobile monitoring, crash and bug reporting service for mobile teams, gathered $46 million in Series B funding. Insight Partners led the round, which included participation from Accel, Forgepoint Capital and Endeavor.
Storyblok GmbH, an Austria-headquartered headless content management system, completed a $47 million Series B round. Led by Mubadala Capital and HV Capital, the investment included support from 3VC and firstminute capital.
Forma.ai, a Toronto-based sales compensation platform, raised $45 million in Series B funding. Lead investor ACME Capital was joined by Crosslink Capital, Golden Ventures, Uncork Capital, Xfund and Gaingels in the round.
Arrived Homes, a Seattle-based rental property investing platform, secured a $25 million Series A round. Forerunner Ventures led the investment, with participation from Bezos Expeditions, Good Friends, Core Innovation Capital, PSL Ventures and Neo.
Route Reports, a London-based software startup that digitizes infrastructure data for roads and rail, raised $3.25 million in seed funding from Urban Innovation Fund, Stanford University, Ubiquity Ventures, Trucks Venture Capital and Burst Capital.
