Beach to Bush 2021: We Need You!
Surf Life Saving NSW is seeking expressions of interest from enthusiastic and energetic volunteers to present our annual, iconic Beach to Bush program. The 2021 program will be held from Monday 8 November to Friday 26 November. Find out more below and register your interest today!

2021 NSW Surf Boat Interbranch Championship - Cancelled
Unfortunately, due to forecast surf and weather conditions, the decision has been made to cancel the event. Large swells and strong winds are likely to impact on this weekend’s event and suitable alternative locations cannot be found.
We apologise to the Branch teams and crews who were looking forward to competing in this year’s event. However, the safety of our competitors, officials and water safety personnel is paramount.

NSW Youth Advisory Council 2021Applications are now open for the NSW Youth Advisory Council 2021. Successful applicants will assist in advising the NSW Government on issues that are relevant to young people. Applications are open to those between 12 to 24 and close 14 March 2021. |
Coffee4Kids 2021 Charity Ball - Saturday 1 May 2021

2021 NSW Surf Life Saving Championships - Bio-Zone Overview
Surf Life Saving NSW Director of Surf Sports, Donald van Keimpema, has recorded a short overview of the bio-zones necessary for the 2021 NSW Surf Life Saving Championships, proudly supported by Your local club.
There have been a number of updates to the event page including Team Manager, Team COVID Marshall and Cross Bio-Zone registers, as well as instructions on joining the event on Team App and information about the Inclusive Championships. Please ensure you familiarise yourself with these updates.

Head Above Water 24 Hour Swimathon
The Head Above Water 24 Hour Swimathon, proudly supporting Gotcha4Life, will be held at the Collaroy Rockpool, starting at 8am on Saturday 20 March and finishing at 8am on Sunday 21 March, 2021. Registrations are now open so get your mates together and help raise money for a great cause - aiming to build mentally fit communities on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
The Head Above Water team are also looking for volunteers to fill positions such as water safety and swim marshalls. Head to the link below to learn more and apply!

Entries are now open for the 2021 Coffs Ocean Swims to be held on 28 March 2021.
Grants & Fundraising
Grant funding is an ideal way to obtain equipment, infrastructure or program funding for your club. In support of SLSCs in NSW, SLSNSW provides a professional grant service at no fee to NSW SLSCs through the Surf Life Saving Foundation’s Grant Seeking Unit (GSU). The GSU is a national grant research and writing support unit for SLS entities across Australia.
