Hearts Unite to Spread Warmth and Love

Council has received a mountain of warm blankets and winter jackets and dry food goods for the Winter Homelessness Appeal! We will be sorting through and counting all the items throughout this week! All of the donated items will go to local charities that work with people experiencing homelessness. Your gift of kindness will make a big impact and bring warmth to those who are doing it tough this winter.

 

Plastic Bags DON’T Go in the Yellow Bin

There has been a recent increase of plastic bags contaminating Strathfield’s yellow bins. Plastic bags can be recycled at your nearest RedCycle drop off points or disposed in your general waste red lid bins.
