With our Spring Food and Fund Drive coming to an end soon, we here at Lift UP would love to share the results so far. We are closing in on our goal of $10,000 raised and still have two weeks left to meet our goal.

New Seasons Market has been a strong community partner of Lift UP for many years, supporting our programs through fundraising and food donations, and this spring is no exception. Next week is Hunger Relief Match at New Seasons. For those familiar with this event, it has traditionally been held during one weekend in May, pairing local hunger organizations with specific New Seasons Market locations to raise funds and awareness.

This year, New Seasons is changing up the game! From Wednesday, May 19 to Wednesday, May 26, New Season will match up to the first $36,000 raised across ALL New Seasons Market locations. That means you can shop at any New Seasons location and not only support Lift UP, but also these vital nonprofits addressing food insecurity across our region:

Donations will be pooled at the end of the week and distributed evenly among all participating organizations. This is a great opportunity to fight hunger across Portland, while getting your weekly grocery shopping done. Help us exceed our goal of $10,000!
