Welcome to the Peace Out 2020 edition of the Good Work Newsletter.
Team Good Work is feeling very refreshed after a long and overdue Winter Break. On one hand it was an incredibly fast year, and on the other hand it feels like it’s been quite a while since my wife witnessed someone shoveling an entire row of Chef Boyardee into their shopping basket (true story).
Last year was hard and challenging and sad and up and down and so many things. We (as earthlings) have a long ways to go, but I am thankful that we are beginning to see a light at the end of the tunnel.
Through it all we managed to launch roughly a dozen new websites for a wide range of clients, from LMC to Hall Accounting to Tito’s Disaster Relief and everything in between. We also managed to snag our newest team member, Robin, out of Morzine, France!

While we’re a remote-first team, we recently signed a lease for a new physical location for our Dallas crew. We’re designing it as a come if you want, don’t if you don’t space that allows us some options outside of our guest bedrooms. It will be our little take on what a modern office can be, and hopefully we can even host some visitors in 2021.

| Robin Mannering |
| |
Robin is the newest addition to our team, coming on board in December 2020. He hails from southeastern France, and sets the standard on having the best scenic Zoom backgrounds at Good Work. Robin holds a degree in computer science from the University of Hertfordshire in England, and believes one can never have enough bikes, evident by his love of road cycling, mountain biking, the Tour de France and all things outdoors.
